At MD SmartBuy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is missing parts.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after the return window
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Replacement Policy
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.
5. Return Shipping
In cases of defective or incorrect items, MD SmartBuy will arrange the return pickup. Customers may be required to share images of the product for verification.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
